Such a warm, inviting space. The staff were so knowledgeable, thorough and personable, and the float itself was indescribable.
The rooms, the water and the quiet, as a short film.
Your float room is private, with its own en-suite shower. The tank is roomy and you control the lid and the light.

Your first float, start to finish. Our team takes you through everything before you start, and the room is yours for the hour.

We meet you at reception, show you to your float room and give you ear plugs.

A lukewarm shower in your own en-suite. Everyone showers before floating.

Lie back with your head towards the door, and let the water hold you.
The tank is roomy and you control the lid and the light. People who worry about claustrophobia usually leave the lid open on their first float, and find it fine.
Some people wear a swimsuit or shorts, others wear nothing so they aren’t distracted by clothing. Your float room is private, so it’s up to you.
Yes, it’s completely safe. The salt solution is so dense that it’s very hard to roll over, and you always stay buoyant.
The salt content means nothing harmful can survive in the tank. The water is filtered four times between each customer through a 1 micron filter, and passed through ultraviolet sterilisation.
From the second trimester it is safe to float. Floating isn’t permitted in the first trimester. If you have any concerns, ask your doctor first.
